Andrew is a seasoned financial executive with an operational focus and a background in multi-site healthcare services and physician management. He has led numerous public, private, and private-equity-backed organizations through rapid growth and change, including turnaround and distressed situations. 

Andrew has a background across different healthcare providers such as home health, hospice, fertility, inpatient rehabilitation, autism services, radiology, and senior living.  He has extensive experience with capital and debt raising, mergers and acquisitions, including integration, system assessment and implementation, and both buy and sell transactions.
