Dr. Binoy Jani serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Atlantic Vision Partners, where he brings extensive clinical expertise and thoughtful leadership to advance the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional, patient-centered eye care across the region. A board-certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery, Dr. Jani leads clinical strategy, quality assurance, provider engagement, and the integration of best practices across a growing network of partner practices.
In his role as CMO, Dr. Jani collaborates closely with medical teams and operational leadership to mentor physicians, guide clinical innovation, evaluate emerging surgical technologies, and ensure the successful onboarding of newly affiliated practices. His leadership has been pivotal in driving quality improvement, fostering continuity of care, and building a culture where both patients and providers thrive.
Dr. Jani is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Virginia Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. He is also the founder and Medical Director of Vista Eye Specialists, where he remains actively involved in both patient care and practice leadership.
Dr. Jani earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees through a six-year accelerated program at Lehigh University and the Medical College of Pennsylvania. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Case Western Reserve University and pursued fellowship training in Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
When he’s not focused on clinical care or leadership, Dr. Jani enjoys traveling and spending time on the tennis court.
